THIS MEANS EVERYONE
PLAYS ALL ROUNDS, EVEN IF YOU LOSE A ROUND. YOU PLAY UNTIL THE TD ANNOUNCES THE TOURNAMENT TO BE FINISHED.<br>

Basic Rules:

<li>#1 KAPP RULE (NEW RULE):
<p>
<li>In a tournament, if player #1 gets a high score
and player #2 gets a lower score then player #2 can ask player #1 if it's okay to play their 2nd game. If player #2 beats
player #1’s score, then player #1 can play their second game. This both saves time playing during the tournament and
also doesn't make the opponent that's got a lower score to feel overwhelmed by getting blown away with high scores.
<p>
<li>This
is an optional new rule and needs to be agreed upon by both players.
<p><p>
<li><h2>#2 REPORTING
EARLY:</h2>
<p>
<li>Don't report before your game is over, even if you know you've lost. It's considered
unsportsmanship. Also, reporting early confuses the TD and the player that's next in line to play. Wait until your games are
over before you report.
<p>
<li>EXCEPTION: If you're playing in a Blitz or Mass Confusion tournament you
may report as soon as you know you've lost. These are fast tournaments and gives the player that lost a chance at getting
in the next tournament. Also keeps the fast tournaments moving along.
<p>

A REGULAR TOURNAMENT OR MATCH IS A BOXABLE OFFENSE AND WILL BE ENFORCED**** <p>
<li>Once the tournament starts, players will have 5
minutes to begin first game.
<p>
<li>No-shows will be reported as a loss.
<p>
<li>Player
on top of bracket or on the left side in a swiss starts first.
<p>
<li>ALL scores are to be announced in
chat.
<p>
<li>All losses are to be reported on the TOURNAMENT PAGE ONLY!!!!!!

<li>If
you have to type in a name, you are on the wrong page!!!!!

<li>The winning player will have 5 minutes
to begin the next round.
<p>
<li>If a player is disconnected from Amen for any reason, the player must start
their game over, NO EXCEPTIONS.

<li>ALL DISPUTES ARE TO BE HANDLED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR ONLY.
PLEASE PM OR IM THE HOSTING TD IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY PROBLEMS. IM AND PM, ARE TO BE USED FOR EMERGENCIES AND PROBLEMS ONLY.
PLEASE REREAD THE RULES BEFORE IM'ING THE HOSTING TD THIS IS FOR YOUR BENEFIT.

<li>If a player has to
reboot or gets booted during play, you have 10 minutes to return to Amen. DURING THE TOURNAMENT YOU MAY NOT ACCEPT NOR ASK
FOR A SIDE MATCH, AND IF CAUGHT DOING SO YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM PLAY.

<li>THERE IS NOW A 3 BOOT
RULE IN EFFECT. 3 BOOTS AND/OR 10 NONSTOP MINUTE TIMER FOR ENTIRE TOURNAMENT AND YOU'RE OUT. THIS IS A SPORTSMANSHIP TYPE
OF RULE. IF YOU HAVE TO BRB YOU ARE PUT ON TIMER FOR 5 MINUTES ONLY. NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU GET 3 BRB'S THEN YOU'RE
REMOVED FROM TOURNAMENT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
<p>
<li>MIA RULE: Missing In Action: If a player needs a timer
on their opponent and it is busy in the room, a simple TIMER NEEDED ON (PLAYER'S NAME) PLEASE, in caps can be used.<p>
<li>Offensive and abusive behavior WILL NOT be tolerated, first offense, warning, second offense will result in
removal from the tournament. DISRESPECTING A TD DURING THE TOURNAMENT WILL GIVE YOU A MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS OF NON-PLAY TIME IN
THE BOX, AND ALSO DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE TOURNAMENT. THIS IS AT THE TD'S DISCRETION. THEY ARE HERE TO HOST NOT TO BABYSIT.
<p>
<li>While
playing your game, if your opponent is booted you must halt play AND contact the TD, who will then verify your score. IF YOU
SEE A BOX POP UP WITH YOUR SCORE, THIS MEANS YOUR SCORE CANNOT BE SEEN BY THOSE WHO ENTER TO VERIFY YOUR SCORE AND YOU MUST
REPLAY YOUR GAME.
